Gwinnett Soccer Association (GSA) is a youth soccer club based in Lawrenceville, Georgia. The club was founded in 1982 and has since grown to become one of the largest and most successful soccer clubs in the state.

Location and Facilities
GSA is based in Lawrenceville, Georgia and has several fields where they play their home games and host tournaments. The club’s main facility is the GSA Complex, which features 18 fields and is one of the premier soccer complexes in the region.
In addition to the GSA Complex, the club also has access to several other top-class facilities in the Atlanta area. These facilities are equipped with all the necessary equipment to help players develop their skills and reach their full potential.
Leagues and Tournaments
GSA is a member of the Georgia State Soccer Association and participates in several leagues, including the Georgia Soccer State League and the US Club Soccer National Premier League. The club also participates in various tournaments throughout the year, both regionally and nationally.
Players Who Have Gone on to Play College or Pro Soccer
GSA has produced many talented players who have gone on to play college or professional soccer. Some of the players who have played for the club and achieved success at the next level include:
- Timmy Mehl – A former GSA player who went on to play for the University of North Carolina and the United States Men’s National Team.
- Nick Besler – Another former GSA player who went on to play for Notre Dame and is currently playing for Real Salt Lake in the MLS.
- Patrick Nielsen – A former GSA player who went on to play for the University of Michigan and is currently playing for FC Dallas in the MLS.
- George Bello – Bello played for GSA before being signed by Atlanta United FC as a Homegrown Player in 2018. He has since played in over 50 games for the team and was named to the MLS Team of the Week in 2020.
- Miles Robinson – Robinson played for GSA before playing collegiately at Syracuse University. He was then selected by Atlanta United FC in the 2017 MLS SuperDraft and has since played in over 70 games for the team. He was also named to the MLS Best XI and won the Defender of the Year award in 2020.
- Jack Collison – Collison played for GSA during his youth career in the United States before moving to England and playing for West Ham United in the English Premier League. He also played for the Wales national team, earning 17 caps.
- Jackson Conway – Conway played for GSA before being signed by Atlanta United FC as a Homegrown Player in 2019. He has since played in several games for the team and scored his first MLS goal in 2020.
- Will Trapp – Trapp played for GSA before playing collegiately at the University of Akron. He was then signed by Columbus Crew SC in the MLS and has also played for Inter Miami CF and the US Men’s National Team.
