They choose who they want to practice and play here. Independent clubs either give in and submit to fc dallas or they go find a church or open field to practice on. If they truly wanted dallas to be a hub for soccer they need to correct this. the soccer complex is centrally located for all of the dfw area and could reach far more kids if utilized correctly.
